It is a movement to send emails to IAEA to back what is called “Iran’s right to have clean access to nuclear power” (see). It also gives translation help. You can send your letter and they will translate it into English. I found this in the translations (see):

اعضاي محترم شوراي حكام، من يك بسيجي هستم . اين را بدانيد كه اگر بخواهيد به بهانه هاي بي مورد و بي اساس ما را از حق مان محروم كنيد ، هر جوان ايراني يك بمب اتمي براي دنياي شما خواهد بود.

Dear Members of Governors : I am the political worker ,be aware that ,if you want to deprive our rights with irrelevant and spurious excuses ,each Iranian youth will be the nuclear bomb for your world.
