There is a special organization in Iran which is devoted to managing affairs of people injured in war, called Boniad briefly. This article describes how Boniad manages a celebration for them (see). Read the article to see how they did not let people on wheelchairs to use elevators. Then, guests knew that there is not enough food prepared. This is funny:

At the middle of the ridiculous event, a four-year-old girl goes to the scene. One of the showmen tries to melt the ice by asking her “what did you eat for launch?” She replies “nothing! my father told me that we will go to the ceremony and will eat well there”

Welcome to the Islamic Republic of Iran! Families of many of these people injured in war are seriously in trouble. And yet, regime uses them as a pressure to suppress the uprising movement of Iranian nation for democracy and welfare. I have seen many of them personally in Keshavarz Blvd, a street in Tehran close to many hospitals. Many of them have to alwayoxygeny Oxigen masks.
