Strange Picture

Why is that picture there? If I am correct, the picture belongs to Paris or Iraq, the days before revolution. The picture is in color, so that’s not just somebody’s simply first picture found to print. It is not easy to find printers capable of making A3 pages everywhere in Iran. The picture is folded so many times, maybe to put it in a pocket.

 

What does that boy mean by showing his five?
