Multilingual Demonstration

Kamangir | February 11, 2006 | Category Iran

I remember that when I was a child, the slogans in demonstrations were only in Persian and English. Sometimes they also included Arabic ones. You know, it depended on the nations with which we had problems. Now, they are carrying German text, too.
I propose to use the facilities of DVD movies here. You can include hundreds of subtitle languages in one DVD. So, this is my proposal: the demonstrators will only carry Persian slogans. Then, we send DVDs of the carnival with one hundred different subtitles to different people all over the world. My idea is also useful when we fail to find enough people to “kick the USA in the mouth” (that’s a famous slogan of the Islamic Republic regime), I offer to montage pictures to make crowds of billions of people.
I regret that today’s technology do not allow us to have visual slogans in different languages in one DVD. That’s future direction..
