This picture is taken during Ahmadinejad speech in Orumieh. I think it is a misshaped hand. I have no idea whatsoever what’s the relationship here.

I don’t think it is edited. Arash when I see these poor, poverty stricken people in these pictures daghe delam taze mishe. (I don’t know how to express that feeling in English

I get what you mean. Being disappointed by the nature and probably by his dad’s wallet, the only cure, or imagination of any cure, for him is Ahmadinejad. I am wondering what Mr. President can do for him.
