“We Have Missiles”
Kamangir | November 2, 2006 | Category Iran

I am just stunned by the “we have missiles” show off of the Islamic Republic. That’s it. See more pictures here (see) (see).

This looks like a new toy to the Islamic Republic. The side effect of playing with such toys is “hallucination.” Dreaming of destroying the enemy, and not noticing that the enemy has already began his strike on the gas stations.
Good point.
God forbid the IRI have a modern army, how will the Shah return in this case?
Vilas,
Does he have any plan to return? And you probably mean Shah’s son.
“Reza Pahlavi has used his high profile status as an Iranian … On his website he calls for a separation of religion and state in Iran… He exhorts all groups dedicated to a democratic agenda to work together for a democratic and secular Iranian government and states that “I intend to lead this movement”.
Vilas,
And you think I have any positive idea about a self-assigned “king”?
My biggest disappointment for Iran, is that we have not produced one real historical leader to help right the ship. I actually don’t mind the Shah’s son, the problem is if he was going to do anything he would/should have done it by now. To do what needs to be done in Iran takes the kind of courage history witnesses few times in a generation. Should he be involved? Yes, but after my last trip to Iran I could not help but notice how easy it would be to turn the tide of corruption, oppression, and false prophets if we had a real unique and strong leader.
Amir
Amir,
Just if we had him/her….
