Clean Translation

The man is talking about his experience with a prostitute in a movie chosen to be aired from IRIB TV4. So, they need to come up with a cleansed version of his words. When the man refers to the woman’s weight, “250 kilos”, the translator finds the way out. In Persian, the guys are talking about hunting for a 150-kilo bear. Before they laugh, the man says “I shot it in the head”. Watch the video here.

    IR television produces creative translators. I cant imagine how they came up with the idea. Just imagine how much fun they have when changing the story like that. I wish I could work there.
