Voluntary Sexual Molestation

Kamangir | March 3, 2007 | Category Iran

Two short news,

12_8512120645_l600.jpg

1- Ahmadinejad is in Saudi Arabia, a trip so urgently decided upon. To me, the king looks like a mom who wants to help his naughty kid get out of all the mess he has made. Look how he is holding his hand.

2- 22-year-old Samira is on trial for killing her dad using Cyanide. Mahmoud, 23-year-old male, is also accused of being involved in the crime, through buying the poison. His another accusation is “unlawful” relationship with Samira. She claims to have killed her father, “because he has been sexually molesting me since 19″. It’s one of those complex events and I know exactly nothing about the law. What amazes me, though, is when the “judge” asks Samira, “why did you get into conditions which lead to your molestation by him”. Ever wondered why the mainstream Islam is so anti-women?

Spot on analysis on hand holding…LOL

Are fathers allowed to molest their children in Islam? Shouldn’t the father be punished instead of the child?

Here is what I found about Khomeini’s book:
A man can have sexual pleasure from a child as young as a baby. However, he should not penetrate vaginally, but sodomising the child is acceptable. If a man does penetrate and damage the child then, he should be responsible for her subsistence all her life. This girl will not count as one of his four permanent wives and the man will not be eligible to marry the girl’s sister… It is better for a girl to marry at such a time when she would begin menstruation at her husband’s house, rather than her father’s home. Any father marrying his daughter so young will have a permanent place in heaven. ["Tahrirolvasyleh", fourth edition, Qom, Iran, 1990]

A man can have sex with animals such as sheep, cows, camels and so on. However, he should kill the animal after he has his orgasm. He should not sell the meat to the people in his own village, but selling the meat to a neighbouring village is reasonable. ["Tahrirolvasyleh"]

Wine and all intoxicating beverages are impure, but opium and hashish are not.

If a man sodomises the son, brother, or father of his wife after their marriage, the marriage remains valid.

In June, 2002 Iranian authorities approved a law raising the age at which girls can marry without parental consent from 9 to 13. The elected legislature actually passed the bill in 2000, but the “Guardian Council”, a 12-man body of conservative clerics, vetoed it as contradicting Islamic Sharia law. Iran’s clerical establishment insists that the marriage of young girls is a means to combat immorality. The Expediency Council, which arbitrates between the elected parliament and the theocratic Guardian Council, timidly passed the measure. The law however does not change the age at which children can get married (nine for girls and 14 for boys), but says that girls below the age of 13 and boys younger than 15 need their parents’ permission and the approval of a “Righteous Court.” Reformists state that the new law does not protect children, since most of those who marry at such a young age do so by force.

It is quite common in Iran for older men to marry children, as long as they pay the appropriate bride-price to the girl’s family. This basically means that a father can sell his daughter to whomever he wants, whilst the mad mullahs see this as a means of maintaining purity. We prefer to call this child prostitution and rape, especially given that Iran’s clerics approve of the ‘tradition’ of ‘temporary marriage’ (Mut’a), which can last less than 24 hours and may be repeated as many times as desired. This form of exploitation is widespread and legitimises sex with young children. The man may even visit his temporary wife every weekend at her father’s house, for about $10 per visit.

I have heard about this alleged book of Khomeini and I am quite sure he neither said nor wrote the things you quote. Simply said, that website claims are false (at least regarding sex with animals).
There are many things Khomeini said and taught one may object to so it is not necessary to add to them what he did not say or taught.

Is there another way of being a misogynist?

Dear ella: I don’t know about the animals but I do know Khomeini married a 14 year old when he was 70 years old and I also know when Arafat came to Iran and visited khomeini she brought a few 10 year old for the holy men of spirits to have fun with from Palestine…It’s hard to hyperlink things the eyes witness. Note: The legal age of marriage is 9 (I think they brought it up to 13) for girls and 14 for boys.

    serendip,
I remind you that I do read Persian. With all respect, as much as I remember the part in Khomeini’s Sharia book, which is silly enough without the need for mis-translation, talks about what should be done to an animal if someone has had sex with it. For the story of Arafat, I think I need the name of the “witness” you are talking about.

Kamangir, that picture seeing first thing as I open my pc started my day off wonderful, thank you. It’s coming over exactly like you described: a fat old mummy holding her naughty son… LOL!

Kamangir: With all due respect, the problem is that all of your arguments are not in good faith. You already have a well-established point of view, and it’s pretty much that of the mullah’s regime and their reformist brethern, though thinly veiled. So, it really doesn’t matter whether there are witnesses who can attest to my claim. And you really think I’m going to give you names and locations while I have a sneaky suspicion that you work for the intelligence ministry of the IRI..Reasoned argument and evidence means nothing to you and the rest of operatives in the West if it doesn’t corroborate your self-serving view of things…

    Kamangir,
It’s amazing how [...] some of your readers are. Maybe ignorant is a better word. But Iranis and Saudis HATE each other. These people saying it looks like a mom holding her sons hand must have no knowledge of the politics of the Muslim world

  10. Kamangir |

    Tsedek,
    That’s exactly how I see it. :)

    Shahnshah,

If Archer works for IRI than you better be sure you use spoofing program(s) so he (or his colleagues from VEVAK) can not get your IP no. ;-)
Oh, and why the ^&*^ do you write on Archer’s blog if you can not reason with him?

    Ella,
    Thanks for the support. :)
