Basij: Deport the British Ambassador (Updated)
Kamangir | April 1, 2007 | Category Iran

Basij members and people from other “student” organizations attacked the British Embassy today, asking for the deportation of the British Ambassador, as well as treating British captives as “foreign military invaders”. These are pictures of the event. More pictures here: link, link, , link, link, link, link.

“Deport the British Ambassador”

Although, the police was trying to stop the intruders from getting into the embassy,

They seemed to have had good logistical support. This pictures seems to show a truck carrying stone and brick to help the protesters attack the “old fox”.

If you think of it, the “two” sides were not that much unacquainted.

I like to call this one “a determined cleric”.

This is one very angry Basij member.

Nevertheless, for many, it was just a “who pushes harder” game.

The next generation was there, or rather was brought there.

As always, there were as many photographers there as there were angry protesters.

Is it not strange that they did manage to spell huge words, but for some reason, they failed the simple ones. “Nevar”!
Update: Gateway Pundit has more plus a video.

[...] it is obvious that with the Police presence around the embassy (see) it is not imaginable how that truck might have reached there, at the exact time it had been [...]
“Negotiation ” = we want something and we will get it even if we have to blackmail you to agree
“dialogue” = if you do not agree we will shout and from time to time do a lot of organized protests with some rocks thrown in
“reconciliation” = agreeing that somebody else can be right
“surrender” = acknowledging our mistakes
I am getting to like IRI slogans more and more. The only thing I am afraid is that some of the people lie so well that they start to believe their own lies.

This is more or less the same for everyone, everywhere, isn’t it? including yourself :)

That would be true for if I was a good liar, but I am not. In fact I am so bad a liar that nobody, least of all myself believe me if I try to lie.
