Ahmadinejadology, to be taught in Iran?

Kamangir | June 12, 2007 | Category Iran

Ahmadinejad’s secretary issued a statement regarding the establishment of a council for “managing and supervising the publication of Ahmadinejad’s ideas and doctrines”. Following that news, Haji Washington sarcastically suggests starting a curriculum in science departments for Ahmadinejadology. He suggests biology students as the eligible ones to pursue this degree. Behrang takes the issue more seriously. Choosing the title “the tragedy of a civil engineer who became a philosopher”, he writes “Mr Ahmadinejad! Getting into a Volleyball team does not make anyone taller. Similarly, seating in the President’s chair does not make you a philosopher. You are an engineer and engineers’ papers are generally published by ISI. No one has forced you to become a philosopher…Please stop kidding us, we are starting to feel like we are being insulted”.

Remember, this is the same president who claimed a teenage girl created fusion power in her home kitchen. Obviously, he’s a genius. (/Sarcasm)

Archer:Ahmadinejad issued several statements that some people said was missunderstanding. For example, you can go to wikipedia and find that the Ahmadinejad’s words “wiped out the map”is not from an accuracy translation.
Now,he issued news menaces. As you know Farsi, what you can tell us about it.
Sorry if I do not read previous post in the particular. But I consider that you are a fine person to make goods and accuracy translations of Ahmadinejad words and messages.

Carlos, the bottom line about the whole Israel issue is this. Majority of Iranian are not Semetic (Arab or Jew)so whether Arab take the land or Jew take it will not matter to the average person looking for a better life (employment, housing, freedom) in the streets of Tehran, Ahwaz, Shiraz or Tabriz (cities in Iran). Ahmadiejad and the rest of the rulers of Iran, can help (which they have no intention of doing) by supporting the two state solution (you live in your side of the fence and you live on yours) and helping both parties to live in peace and justice. But Iranian leader (having no answer for their own domestic issues) choose to get involved with an issue that is not their business (after all there are enough Arab states who can deal with this issue). Iran’s solution (have a referendum and have all the people, Palestinians and Israelis choose what they want), this complicated plan (the more complicated and chaotic the better) not only does not help but will only keep the problem on going for ever.

To conclude Palestinian/Israeli issue is an Arab/Israeli issue (Iran should be a neutral party). Ahmandinejad needs to focus on his population (unemployment, drug addiction, gas rationing, inflation, brain drain, no freedom…) and use Iran’s resources for the Iranian people (who are not Palestinians or Israelis)!!!!
