Ayatollah in Coma

Ayatollah Meshkini, the head of Assembly of Experts, which oversees and chooses the leader, is in a coma. The eighty-six-year-old Ayatollah is mentioned to be in critical conditions and the doctors have “asked for people’s prayer”. That is a cliche sentence which means the person is already dead or his chances of recovery are very low. It is mentioned that he once said, “The Hidden Imam has signed the list of MPs”. He mentioned that when the Islamists took over the parliament.
Many ask the question, “Who will the next messenger of the Hidden Imam be?”
