No shame at all! Dancing on Ice!
Don’t be surprised. These images have been taken at the opening of the first ice-skating court…right before the twenty-fifth anniversary of the revolution…Yesterday, girls started cycling, today, they are dancing on ice, what will happen tomorrow?
These are the words of a conservative newspapers. What the author finds so disturbing is the pictures of head-to-toe-covered women doing ice-skating. See more pictures in the photoblog.

Which newspaper is this one? The 25-th anniversary of the revolution should be around 2003. Probably the author also wanted to make a political point and bash on the reformists those days…
