Bomb: Found, Defused, Denied

In a strange event, Fars News reported that a bomb was defused by the Police after it was found close to the University of Tehran [Persian]. A few hours later, Police denied that any bomb was ever found [Persian]. In Iran, that means a bomb did exist.
