Pictures of Dogs “Arrested” by the Police
By Kamangir • Sep 12th, 2007 • Category: Human Rights, Iran, Islam, Islamic RepublicI remember hearing a short while ago that the Islamic Republic Police had “arrested” dogs, as a part of their “fight against immodesty”. Today, a very good friend sent a set of pictures of the arrested dogs. Clearly, these dogs are not meant to live in the conditions they are being kept, but, anyways, they do not treat human beings anything better. See more pictures in the Photoblog.

“fight against immodestyâ€.
Say what? immodesty? Do they diaper their donkeys and sheep? Are birds required to wear burkas so as not to tempt single Muslim men into having impure thoughts? The hypocrisy and absurdity is beyond comprehension.
They’ll probably be put in prison with those secret agent squirrels the authorities captured! LOL
Tedders
In Islam dogs are impure, so anybody who keeps dogs has, for example, wash his or her hands after petting dogs. I think that he/she has to clean carpet if the dog’s been there 7 times before praying on it, and so forth. That’s why IRI is so against keeping the dogs at home, they think that if somebody has a dog this person is not a good muslim.
A pity, dogs are such a nice pets.
Thanks Ella. I had no idea.
To bad “good” Muslims are opting out on some of the best companionship God has blessed man with, pity.
Do “good” Muslims have any pets? Or does it depend on which branch of Islam or what mullah one decides to follow?
Good muslims do have pets, at least in Poland they do. I know of people who have cats as a pets.
There is even one girl, a proper muslim, who has dog. Her explanation for that is that Maliki school (one of the 4 major varieties of sunni islam) do not consider dogs as impure animals. So she can keep dog in the house, but still she has to clean the carpet she is praying on 7 times. She says it is worth it. ;-)
Now that is just wrong. What a cute little dog.
This just breaks my heart…

I feel sorry for Muslims because of their many evil problems. I especially feel sorry for the very young girls, sometimes little girls, that are forced to “marry” old, lecherous Muslim men. I also feel sorry for their maltreated animals. It seems that all most Muslim men think about is sex, and the maltreatment of others, including innocent little animals. Isn’t it time that these people dumped their contradictory violent religion and tried a different religion? Some Muslims are very nice, so nice that they are more like Jesus Christ, than they are like the pedophile Muhammad, who also had a big problem with sex life. Since some Muslims are so nice and reasonable, why don’t they embrace non-violent, pure Jesus Christ as their model?

You would think that the average Iranians would oust the lunatics who currently “run” Iran.
As whacked as the Shah is said to have been, how much more whacked are the mullahs who arrest dogs?
As grotesque as Iran is today, there is no doubt there will, one day, be a conflict between them and the rest of the civilized world. Arresting animals is one more indicator as to the mental, psychological, social and political instability of Iran.
I posted these on 360 too…some iranians didnt believe it they think its a dog kennel…and when I use the term :kennel: you have to imagine kennels in iran aren’t as nice as American or European?
But I think those are confiscated dogs , doesn’t make sense for a kennel in Iran to keep a well-groomed poodle
Kamangir: Thanks for spreading the news. :)
