Google Filtered in Iran (Updated)

Kamangir | September 16, 2007 | Category Human Rights, Iran, Islamic Republic

Users of the Iranian Digg, Balatarin, report that Google is now added to the list of websites banned in Iran [Persian]. Reportedly, Google Reader is also filtered. This is very important because Iranians have been using Google Reader to read the Persian blogs they are not able to read directly, because of the filtering.

Update: Oops! It was a mistake, Fars News says (Persian).
