Simple now, yeah– But can you imagine the interview process that guy had to go through, to get that job?
Looks like a lot of wind must be coming from the other end.

I went to wikileaks and tried to find articles on any ME and/or Asian countries. You know what? There are tons of articles on Iraq, NATO items identification numbers, secret (??) western projects and so on. However there is one(read: one) article on Iran (Gannji - positive), one on Jordan (Queen Rania - positive) , none on Saudi Arabia, none on couple on Indonesia, couple on Poland (frankly - idiotic ones).
It seems that Westerners want to show exactly what their governments and organisations (secret or not so secret) are doing to all and sundry but secrecy surrounds governments and people of non-western countries.
Anybody wants to wistleblow the amount of money bonyads are getting? Secret prisons (if any) of Pasdaran? Exact transactions of Iranian banks? Money Saudi Arabia is providing for Taliban? How religious police is working in Saudi Arabia, exactly and the exact location of prisons in KSA?
Anybody?
No-one? That’s what I thought. ;-)
Kamangir: I just wanted to give that post some publicity.
please read: …couple on Indonesia…i/o none on couple
Sorry
Again OT about the last article.
I am against death penalty, but in this case I would vote for it. The parents had a lot of choices - they could have decided not to have a child, mother could have decided to have an abortion, finally they had an option of putting unwanted kid for adoption (and probably getting money from other people who could not have children). Instead they decided to keep a child and were such a “caring” parents that the child died of hunger.
I really can’t understand such people. It seems that they are worse than animals who (if they are mammals) care for their young.
UGH!
Kamangir: I agree with you that this couple deserve no sympathy, but I think they are probably suffering from a serious mental problem and therefore could not be taken responsible for their actions. Who leaves any child, not even his own child, out for eight days? I would say they are mentally ill.
