Etemad, a newspaper published inside Iran, reports that they have received word that the Ministry of Communication is considering complete blackout of the Internet in Iran for the day of the Parliamentary Elections [Persian]. Reportedly, this is the first time computerized polling will be integrated into the old paper-based system and the ministry is worried about the chances of technical problems as well as viral attacks.

I do not see this as good news at all.
An informed populace is a free populace. – The citizens of Iran ought to be able to make up their own minds, using whatever method they, individually choose, or don’t choose. It should not be a decision made, in their spite.
Do you foresee possible electorial manipulation, Arash? Given the observable indifference to, or outright denial of, the ruling party in Iran?
I hope that you will report here, what you see and what you intrepret, going on in Iran??
